The only reason I even started using an apple TV was because they dont make you rebuy the 4k versions of flicks. I appreciate that but fuck marvel for not having 4k versions of their flicks on there. Guess I'll have to buy that huge boxset when it drops.

Our 5 year old 50" Vizio is about to give up the ghost. We've got a black circle in the lower right hand corner of the screen, screen is filled lots of lines but still watchable, and the colors are starting to bland out, especially when it comes to solid reds and darker skin tones, which look kind of mustardy in the highlights.
Black Friday's coming up, we're already in debt, so any recommendations, kids? Gaming -wise we have our old PS2 which we seldom use, so that's not a consideration.Comment

Yeah, if you can spend the cash a 55" LG OLED is the way to go. If not, I got a pair of 65" Vizio 4K tv's. They're cheap and good.Comment

OLED is VERY tempting, and I do have a Best Buy card 100% paid off.
