I haven't lost much weight since January (was at about 200lbs) am down to around 180-185 depending. but my body fat percentage went from 25% down to about 17-18 and my muscle % went up from around 40-41 to about 48-50. The only part that sucks? That I can't really tell at all.

It doesn't really do a fucking thing aside from make you either look like one of the following: a hot piece that gets thrown on the innerwebs doing ass-shaking demos or (like most of us) a silly fucker flailing around.

Diet and exercise are far and away the only scientifically researched and supported ways to alter body composition.

    Fucking Nintendo...

Do it, or just resurrect the awesomeness that was once known as "The Billy Blob and Todd Show"...just a thought/suggestion.

By the way, that "research" is fucking dumb. According to the wiki page on Seattle's demographics:

In the city the population was spread out with 15.6% under the age of 18, 11.9% from 18 to 24, 38.6% from 25 to 44, 21.9% from 45 to 64, and 12.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females there were 99.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.8 males.

Nah, I just hate that gamers get all this hate while sports fans are looked upon as normal. It's the same thing as alcoholics vs. stoners.

    Just annoying.

Struck a nerve there Rob? Don't worry you have a few more years (hell almost a decade) before you have to start worrying.
