Correct. My uber-lag issue seem to have corrected itself, at least for now, so I was able to get some real rounds into the game and enjoyed them quite a bit. Ranked up to 3, righted my previously obscene K/D ratio, discovered that the Medic LMG is the absolute shit and so I switched pretty much exclusively to that class and was blowing away more guys than the average gay orgy.

Also, UAV is really fun to use as long as it's not on a Conquest map, because then you are simply knife-bait. Learned = hard way. I'm absolute shit with the other vehicles so far, my one experience with a chopper resulted in me flying backwards off the map in confusion and suicide-killing myself.

I've never controlled the UAV. I really hate that they last foooooooreeeeeeeeeeeveeeeeeeeeer and can basically wipe out your entire squad if the user is competent.

The key to killing the UAV? SOMEBODY spot that motherfucker for your teammates. The only time I've felt like I was on a competent team was when it was almost all BDR. Loved it.

I always spot it. I spot everything. You get so many free points from just spotting people. If I see someone running I have no chance of killing? Spot. 5 seconds later "spot assist +20"

Last night I had a team that was awesome on Rush defense. We held that bitch DOWN. Then we went on offense and got crushed. We got one based bombed with like 5 tickets left, and then lost. The other team was dominating us with snipers and medics.

What is the trick with the damn sniper rifle? I was nailing people with it yesterday, and did not get a single kill. Drives me crazy.

Depends on the rifle. Headshots of course work better but a couple of the ones that aren't single fire may need two headshots at certain distances. Also your bullets DO drop at longer distances so aim above the head. Once I got that down, HOLY SHIT did my sniping get better. Matter of fact, DONE with all my sniping unlocks. Still need some badges but all weapons unlocked.

Oh I have shooting a rifle IRL down pat my good sir. May the carcasses of many animals prove that. The game is driving me crazy though. I only have the M24 unlocked, and I can see the damn hit connect, and blood shoot out of their neck, but they don't die. Doesn't matter too much right now, because I am working on my assault set. I got the AUG last night...and whoa boy, does it blow compared to the XM8.

The AUG blew in MW2 as well... weird, because it's a good weapon IRL.

Yup, you get the FAMAS quick. Long as you're close range, it's devastating.

Take your time and get head shots, also use your motion mine as much as possible when near enemies, another +20 when a teammate kills using it. Patience and take head shots only Billy, you'll get there, it took me a shit ton of games to get it down.

Also if you're on the protect team, try to flank around behind the enemy. They worry more about front cover than they do back cover and you can pick of three or four at a time before they are on to you.
