Yes, the melee attack is quite a bit slower. You don't really run and gun in this one. You can but you die a lot. A whole lot.

Be aware that the game has a totally different feel control-wise than COD/MW. You can run infinately which is cool. Make sure you adjust the sensitivity settings in options. Unless they corrected that from the demo. Default settings were sluggish.

Maybe that's my problem. At least in single player. I was doing moderately well in mp last night.

I caved and I'm happy I did. Some fun games last night. It's a nice change of pace form MW2. I really want to try out some of the other game types though.

The ability to spawn with a teammate is all kinds of cool.

Having a great time so far. The controls were still sluggish, like the demo, but I finally changed the sensitivity and doing a lot better now. Got up to level 4 last night. Rocking the assault and medic classes mostly so far.

Maybe I won't regret buying this.

Knifing is so fun. You start charging a guy and raise your knife early, so right when you reach them the animation finishes and.....DOG TAG! GOTCHA BITCH! I love busting open doors and fences with the knife too. Feels like I'm chasing someone down when you are clearing houses with a quickness and knocking doors down.

Just got my first scope. So basically, starting with your 4th class level, you start unlocking scopes. And then your scope takes up a "Spec" slot. RUSH IS AMAZING

I'll be on tonight for a bit for sure. Even if I don't know what's going on there is just something much more fun with this than MW2. Don't get me wrong I <3 MW1&2 but both feel like a chore at times. This is just comically good fun.

Holy shit I am in love with this game. If you want points, RUSH! Play tons of Rush. I am getting 3/4 of a level by completing objectives and making sure i throw out ammo for my team. And spot assists rack up quick.

Getting the hang of the single player. Really enjoying it.

I was liking the single player too. My biggest gripe is collision detection. Mainly having problems jumping over rocks and shit.
