Not to my knowledge, Spidey is with Sony. Avengers is Paramount. But Anderson would know this far better than I would.

Granted, if he isn't upset he had to wait for his Choco Taco.

As for uncessary reboots, they should stop trying to remake Punisher. It's not going to work, people.

          Ed?

I'm going to fix myself a nice cup of tea and try to forget you said that.

All the "too much like Raimi" they used the Raimi Spider-Man 1 scripts/scenes for the screen test.

The new Punisher was fucking awesome. They can easily keep pumping those out and I'd watch them.

                  Agreed...

Him and Mads Mikkelson could violate me six ways from Sunday.

I'd even fix breakfast for them.

                    What is this?

                    Contrarian Day?

Also: War Zone was the first of what should be many violent one-uppings in the life of Frank Castle.

War Zone was hilarious, don't get me wrong. I only said that because of some rumor stating they were thinking about re-doing The Punisher AGAIN.

Remeber, what I said. Re-doing it AGAIN. Not continuing with Stevenson.

I'd be fine with that. I just want more over the top violence.

Ah, but it CAN work, my gentle little snowflake. War Zone was pretty damn close, but it needs to be taken a step further, and could be a workable franchise given the right writers and directors. If we can get a couple of decent Rambo films, and that's about a Vietnam vet fighting bad guys on it's simplest level, just like the Punisher, it shouldn't be out of the realm of possibility.

ETA: Ah, fuck. Ed clarified his point while I was typing. Well said, Ed!

Jeebus...if they adapted Born, I'd lose my shit.

I'd rather they give it to another character. How many chances are you going to give, here?
