wall-e had $62.5 million in box office sales over the weekend... whereas iron man debuted at $100.7 million in its first three days...

i don't know guys... it's hard to call since there's a three day weekend this week. i think i might have to flip flop again and say iron man but wall-e still wins my consideration for best picture of the year.

You know, I really don't think the opening weekend will be the deceiding factor in final gross, as Wall*E has very little direct compition for now. But I have a strong feeling The Dark Knight will destroy.

But, in the end, I made my vote for Iron Man, and I'm sticking with it till the tubby bitch sings.

Honestly there are so many weenies out there that won't take their kids to see this cuz heath OD'd. Word of mouth won't hurt TDK...heath's death has both boosted and bombed the movie. As for me and my platoon we will be seeing it opening weeked...my fucking kids have seen all the epic movies this year...Rambo was a close #2 to Hulk so far for them...

I think TDK will attract a lot of people that normally don't leave their "bat cave"...it will be epic but won't beat Wall-E.
