    Loved, loved, loooooooved the shit outta this.

      Spoiler: If you didn't see the movie and clicked on this anyway, well...you have no one else to blame but yourself 
    As for the bonus film, I didn't care for it. I mean to go through that emotional and fulfilling ending and then to have Charles' zombie film play during the credits was jarring as all Hell.


    Abrams is 3 for 0 right now, and I gotta be completely honest here. As much as I loved Star Trek and can't wait for the sequel, after seeing this, I would very much rather see Abrams continue to do his own thang and not be bogged down by Trek.

    If he comes back, then awesome. But I'm very much looking forward to his next original project off the strength of Super 8.

        Loved it but agree with the cutesy period stuff. Also that ending stuff was great.

                        so the more I reflect on this flick the more I think it's gonna be great in the long run. I honestly want to go see it again. I never want to see movies in the theater twice.

                            When you see it within the movie I didn't get that feeling. Mostly because of the great animation of it.

                            eespecially when they show his eyes fully open without the lids and you get that twinge of ET/intelligent being

                              Ahhh ok, it's just that thing in your link looks so similar. Either way I want to catch this one but gawd I hate having to wait for DVD. Although I think your breeder hate is crazy, in this instance you and Lesley win. I r sad.
