Here ya go, at least with EFNY there was some real possibility NY was going to end up like that. Plus, it was some damn good low-budget genre stuff.

EFLA is just a stupid rehash of weak LA sterotypes that Steve Martin already handled in LA Story. With some really heavy handed satire by way of facist christian president.
