Echo the discovery love. I think you're right on Kowloon too less interior's would make that map much better. Berlin needs more windows and height, it's supposed to be (according to developers) for snipers yet only a few windows actually have any sort of decent view. Now sniping out in the open is nice on that map but it leaves you open for all sorts of balderdash i.e. noobtubes, grenades etc...

All in all a decent map pack but I guess the only thing I'm not getting on any of the maps that I wish I had is a decent place to actually make use of the ghillie suits. The socom series did ghillies sooooo much better in that they actually made you harder to see if you were in the right terrain.

I cannot fucking WAIT for Socom 4. That's been the best sniping in a shooter yet, followed closely by the BF series.

Lulz not if it's a girl. The wife would sell me first. But you're totally right about Sniping on Socom. They nail it, and CoD4 did a decent job until people figured out how to run around with acog's and instant kill with that quick snipe bullshit. Why is sniping so broken on Black ops though? FFS you can have cross hairs on center mass holding breath and nothing registers.

Black Ops also has NO maps with any kind of decent sniping areas. BF is good, but more bc the maps are huge than anything.

I kind of miss BF. Also Berlin has a few snipe spots but they're damned small windows.

Was fun last night even though I had a few moments of rage. Kowloon is growing on me but everyone camping the new maps is LAME!

Yea, the mass of interiors on EVERY map can be grating. You can easily go 4-16 just due to cheap kills coming from camping in interiors. Hardened is more important than ever.

Dude I had one match today, EPIC. I started off 11-0...then fell off the goddamn pipeline and killed myself. No one was even close by! I finished 17-2 and VERY pissed.

I hear you, I fall off all the time, usually looking to shoot down spy planes. Also on that 28-3, all 3 deaths were from the same guy's last stand perk. SO MUCH ANGER.
