Finally watched the first season. I liked it. Didn't blow me away, and making the episodes 30-45 minutes each was totally the right call. If it had been 60 minutes every time I probably wouldn't have finished it. The Armorer fucking rules and I want her own series. Will probably try and run through some of S2 tonight after Sarah goes to bed.

It was because Gina turned out to be a garbage person that they pretty much killed her spin-off (some story ideas from that will show up in The Mandalorian), but we are getting spin-offs for Ahsoka Tano, The Acolyte (High Republic era),and series for Ob-Wan and Lando.

Yeah, Gina Carano's show (Rangers of the New Republic) is deader than Disco.

Obi-Wan is done shooting and is in final edits and FX.
Lando starts shooting once Glover gets done with the Atlanta Season 3 press tour.

Ahsoka is ready to start shooting in the next 3-5 weeks depending on schedules and COVID.

Andor should be finishing, but it's a full season and longer than the typical Disney+ stuff right now. Closer in length to Bad Batch than the others.

  Spoiler: Acolyte got interesting. 

After rewrites and some casting changes, it's supposed to lead right into Phantom Menace now instead of being set way far off.
