Watched both 'the Event' and 'Hawaii 5-O' last night.
'The Event': This second episode was better but not by much. We got confirmation that it's an alien conspiracy thing (at least THAT got answered) and some of the characters got a bit more fleshed out, but that's about it. The flashbacks and the shitty special effects still ruin the show.
'Hawaii 5-O': Solidly entertaining. Nothing earth-shattering or game-changing at all, but it's definitely well made. The chemistry between the two leads (McGarrett and Danno) is simply fantastic.
