No shit. Remember when NBC could do now wrong and CBS was in the toilet? That was only what...10 years ago? How the times have changed...

NBC much like Universal took chances that didn't pay off. The Voice is actually expected to overtake American Idol in ratings by next season, so there's that.

But, their scripted dramas are in the tank. Then, they've only got a few strong sitcoms to support them.

CBS has Viacom going to bat for them, as they package deal so much shit through DISH and formerly Blockbuster to manipulate market share and force content into all sorts of places. Hospitals, theme parks, military bases and the ilk.

What's crazy is how Viacom turned CBS from a third ranked network into a powerhouse with mafia style accounting.
