at least you don't live in an apartment over 4 stories... some fucker pulled the fire emergency at 2am two months ago in my apartment... and when that this is pulled, the elevator stops working. let me tell you, walking down eight stories worth of stairs in the fucking cold ass morning in shorts is not fun. lame.

That happened to me all the time when I lived in a dorm that was 8 stories. It was especially great when it happened during finals week at 4am.
