Article about how Houston, despite strong efforts, has yet to really get a residential core in downtown. I always get a kick out of how different Houston is compared to other cities, because of this fact. Sadly, this is a short article and doesn't get very in depth about the reasons behind the lack of people living downtown. It's always kind of embarrassing when someone comes to stay in Houston and ask "what's interesting close by" and of course the answer is NOTHING because downtown is just for office workers.
