That, and the January 6 Committee is considering sending criminal charges for Trump, Meadows, Eastman, Clark and Giuliani to the DOJ. Final report and list of accused gets released on December 21.

The Sinema shit isn't that big of a deal and was expected. Once AZ Dems decided who was going to replace her, the decision was imminent. All this is meant to do is scare her home state away from turning on her.

It will fail. Basically, she wants to be the Bernie Sanders of AZ. Get attention, get clout, but cover her bases.

Hell, once Hobbs is in the clear, if Biden wants...he can say Sinema is the new Ambassador to Italy, she bounces. Hobbs appoints Gallego (Sinema's eventual replacement) to serve out the rest of her term.

Sinema isn't staying in Congress past 2024 as it is. That being said, she can't effectively damage anything either because she's in a stalemate. What would be wise for the Dems is to cut her a FUCK OFF FOREVER deal and get her off the table.

Manchin is a lot more complicated to deal with than Sinema. Sinema can be handled many, many times over.

The one Judge turned downed Contempt only because they won't unseal docs. But, it didn't suddenly eradicate everything he's already done, been busted on, lied about, got his legal team to lie, got busted on twice.

All that happened was a current Contempt order got turned down.

Trump is nailed, multiple other people are nailed. All that's happening now is the slow grind of legal maneuvering.

But, let's say they got the Contempt order. What would have happened? Basically, what we have already seen happen to Giuliani. They get added Legal scrutiny. They can file anything to slow down the proceedings. And, it's a public hand slapping while the DOJ continues what they're doing.

After the Special Master and related actions got tossed out on their ass, there is very little need to keep an eye on Trump Team's efforts to slow shit down. Kushner is already getting investigated, the Top Secret Docs case is only multiplying and the Jan 6th material is about to escalate in 11 days.

That is not to forget the Fake Electors, state of Georgia case, New York continuing fraud cases, State of New York vs. Trump proper and the multitude of other cases lining up to take a crack at his ass.

For the online Left, all of this baby with the bathwater shit over every little thing has got to stop. Shit like this is why barely literate, thick-necked, shit spewing Right Wingers still get to hang around in 2022. Because when anything goes a hair off plan, the Left is always ready to throw in the fucking towel.

I get and appreciate what you're saying, Troy. I know he's fucked, I know his crew are fucked, and I'm sure the final report on January 6th, among the other lawsuits, will fuck them all good and proper. Not giving up on any of this, certainly not throwing in the towel, and I'm eager to see justice be done.

It's just frustrating that things are taking so long for the legal stuff come to a head when, if it was anyone else, we'd have arrests and/or court dates by now. I know that's how things work, and "i"'s have to be dotted, and "t"'s crossed, but still. I'm probably more biased about this because Trump has a LONG history of fucking folks over in NJ, especially in Atlantic City where he all but wrecked that town with the shit he pulled with his casinos and not paying contractors for the work they did, putting 'em out of business. Friends of mine lost jobs and livelihoods because of that shit, so please, please forgive me for my impatience in wanting to see Trump finally get some long overdue blowback and possible jail time.

It's cool. However, this was coming off me having a prolonged discussion with a Right Wing pollster/data spinner who is capitalizing on the fact that the Left seems to think they're being defeated at every turn.

Hell, shit has never been more expensive and overall costly for the Right than this period in time.

And if it was anyone else, he'd already be in Year 2 of rotting to death in a cell.

But, and much like with the Criminal Referrals coming by/or before the 21st, all that will be is Optics and formality for what is already underway. Trump will get nailed, even the orange fat man realizes that now. What matters more is sweeping up his partners and co-conspirators in an absolute way that makes sure everybody involved is wrapped up and not just the top guy.

That and I discovered another way to get rid of Sinema. Give her a cabinet spot, low-end of course. Literally keep her in DC, but bury in the shittiest of shit departments. She gets the prestige, she gets closer to the people she wants, but it's the Political Version of Witness Protection. Left in a shit office job to be forgotten about until you quit or get replaced.
