WAR HORSE's trailer is pretty tight. But I just hope it's not too sticky and sweet. If it's near the caliber of, say, MUNICH, I'll come away satisfied.

Saw Munich three times theatrically myself.

Easily one of the Beard's finest and agree it'll be regarded as such as time goes on.

And that's the genius of Spielberg here. You get all that violence, carnage, hatred, etc. for two hours and you're hoping he gives us the sappy happy Spielberg ending after all that bloodshed. And just when you think he's going to ("Break bread with me..."), he doesn't. Reminds the audience that this is an issue that remains unresolved in reality and thus we can't have an easy resolution onscreen either.

Brilliant punch to the gut for the viewer.
