Watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and freakin' loved it. Nothing in the trailers made me think this film was going to be as funny as it was. Too bad it looked like it was filtered through a layer of shit on Instant View.
Also watched The Signal. Pretty cool little horror film about people going crazy due to some bizarre signal be broadcast through the TV, phones, and radios. The first act was damn spooky, but unfortunately, the second act had a very weird tone shift that went from straight up horror to quirky kookyness. The third act was more in line with the first, but the film didn't seem to fully recover in my opinion.Blog Time! http://plasticlovin.blogspot.com/
