It is the most fucking violent movie I've seen in years. Yes, counting Martyrs. I have to admire the director sticking to his guns and going all out in the finale. It's amazing. Like it should airbrushed onto the side of someone's van.

In fact, if I was running a 'You're all squiffy' series (like Matt's 'You're all insane', but more British), I'd so far list Punisher: War Zone, The Rock (the Bay film, not the Semi-Samoan Franchise Viagra) and John Carter - most of you seem to defend that flick when, heritage aside, it's a terrible example of dull, movie-by-committee bloat.I experienced an invasion of my mind by a transcendentally rational mind, as if I had been insane all my life and suddenly I had become sane.Comment
