I really enjoyed it. Franco and McBride work well together. Theroux was nice and skeezy and the practical creature effects were pretty awesome. I liked how straight they played it for the most part. SuckerPunch- I feel like Snyder should have just made a short film slash long-form music video and called it a day. The story, what there is of it, is just an excuse to get to the next music video. And it was kind of a bummer that there were only three video/fight sequences. That said, I thought it looked great and I'd watch it again. I'll probably grab the blu-ray if I see it on sale.Comment

Actually, you guys had me convinced, and I was planning on watching it On Demand last night (I think it's still on there), and just as I was getting ready to order it, this huge thunder and lightning storm hit, and it kept up for most of the evening. We have crappy cable service during storms; it just shuts off all the time till the storm lets up, and I didn't want to pay for a rental in case the cable blipped out.
