I figured out how to get around the Facebook Star Wars Commander issue and I sent Rob an invite. If anyone else plays, I'll send one too.
Here goes the fix.
IOS only
Go to settings, make sure that Facebook permissions are turned on for Commander.
Then, uninstall the Facebook app.
Log out of the Facebook app from settings. It might say delete account, all you're doing is logging out.
Then, go into Commander. Click on login to Facebook. It will take you to web prompt and then log you in.
Redownload Facebook, log back in.
