DA2 is really only fun if you play it in Hard or Nightmare mode. Hell, there are even mods to up those difficulties. Anything less than Hard is a bore.

Rock Candy Sword Lady was so friggin' easy after that dragon in the Bone Pit.

That dragon was easily the hardest battle in the game. It helped that it was glitched so that its fireballs tracked you while you moved so that they always hit...they have since fixed that glitch, thank God.

I just hope we get a real friggin' nightmare in one of the DLC packs, like that cheap bastard The Harvester from Origins that took fifteen minutes to kill.

I'm rather surprised that we haven't gotten any gameplay DLC, just equipment packs. For DAO, they did a really nice job of having SOMETHING new every 2 months or so to keep you interested in the game. Then again, they also released a toolset for DAO that enabled the mods to tinker with the game and turn it into hardcore porn. They're actively fighting against modders for DA2.

This upsets me greatly. DAO had some fun add-ons to extend the life of the game, but 2 has been less than lax in that department. It's almost as if they were downright scornful of their player base.

And it looks like Skyrim is going to be a bit less mod-friendly with the toolset they're using.
