Is it against XBL terms of service to solicit payment for access to a private game lobby? I got a message today from someone dude saying he was opening a (garbled) lobby and I could get an invite for 1600 MS points or $25 via PayPal. Weird.

And it looked like he had some of the Gears 3 achievements that should be impossible to get right now.

If you go to that hilarious "why was I banned" site a good chunk of them are people advertising hacked servers in their profiles.

I've found that I fare much better when not playing kill confirmed. The shiny dog tags get me shot in assneck.

MUST RUN IN GROUPS, that way they can cover you while you run for the shiny.

Nathan, you need to run Kill Confirmed with Shake's Beast Mode pp90 class. I don't think I've had a negative k:d match yet running that class.
