Gas issues still remain

Ed, switch cereals. I was a frickin' gas bag for many, many months. I finally figured out that it was the Kashi Go Lean cereals that I was eating. Once I changed cereals, the gas problems went away.

Actually, that was the exact same cereal I was having problems with. This new one doesn't have so much gas trouble.

Fullness remains

Well, you gonna share what brand that was?

I eat either Cheerios (Multi-grain) or Chex/Crispex if I'm gonna eat cereal. I've been on an oatmeal kick lately, though.

I bring oatmeal because it's easier to brown bag when I toss the little packs in my tote bag. But I actually do prefer cold cereal.
