1 1/2 lb of ground beef (seasoned with whatever you like)
1 small can of mushrooms
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup of milk
1 bag of tots
salt and pepper to taste
brown meat, drain, add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Layer that in to the bottom of a 9x11 pan. Add the corn (drain first) as the second layer. Mix soup and milk. Layer 1/2 of the mixture on top of corn. Cover top with tots. Add rest of soup/milk mixture over tots. Bake at 375 for about 45-1 hour or until tots are nice and crispy.
You can really do whatever you want with the recipe. I added some cheddar cheese on top of mine and it was tasty, etc."Looking like Nic Cage dressed in Kurt Cobain's closet. I mean that as a compliment" - BillyG
