I finally made a chicken quesadilla last night using my comal I got for xmas. Holy shit people. If you want to make soft tacos, fatjias, or quesadillas this is the ONLY way to do it. The cheese melted perfectly and even and was so creamy. A million times better than using a skillet.Comment
