              It was crazy, I did some ball busting yard work and I got the appetite of my teenage self. Hadn't felt that chronically(?) hungry in years.

                Cheese and Spinach Tortellini,covered with homemade sauce(seasoned & tenderized chunks of stew beef,tomatoes,onions,peppers,mushrooms)and topped with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese. Toasted Garlic/cheese Italian bread cut 1 inch thick.

                              Did some oven fried chicken and peppered it with crushed red pepper, then cut it up and put it in a salad. I wish Frank's made a slightly thicker recipe I could use as a dressing.

                                Frank's Wing sauce is pretty thick... but you'd have to add things to it to make a passable dressing.
