          Here's the trick to baking fish: lay a sheet of tinfoil on top of the baking sheet and cook the fish on top of it. Cleanup will take seconds...just throw away the tinfoil.

          And cooking fish is easy easy easy easy.

          the basics: For regular filets (cod, walleye, orange roughy, tilapia), preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the fish for around 15-18 minutes. Spice the fish to your liking. For thicker filets (salmon, halibut, etc...) cook the fish a bit longer. It really is THAT easy.
