I can't eat cotton candy anymore. Why you ask? Spend a summer making it and then you'll understand. One of many summers at Six Flags, I spent doing mobile concessions for the various park shows and concerts. I would finish the day (on the days I just made product, not selling) covered from head to toe in sugar. That shit can be disgusting. Side note, I made mad money that summer as you were paid on commission. Sell a ton of cotton candy, bottled water, coke, etc. and you banked. I was making anywhere from $10 to $20/hour.

The day I learned to make funnel cake at home was one of the shining achievements in my life. One summer I probably made funnel cake 3 or 4 times a week.
