    Vote for My T-Shirt Design, Folks!

    Hey, crew!

    Being as I'm job-hunting I had some free time to enter a contest on the Blank You Very Much website. The contest is for a design for a t-shirt sponsored by Coca-Cola. First prize is a cool $5,000!

    I needs your help - if you could, register at the site and vote for my design. It's on Page 2 of the entries for the Coca-Cola contest, a whimsical little globe guy playing on the "I'd Like to Buy the World a Coke" theme. And tell your friends, too! PIMP MY STUFF, YO!

    Also, great site for all my fellow BDR artists to submit stuff. Hey, why should I be the only one entering contests, right? Besides, I prefer to keep the winners within the BDR family. Makes us look good, makes Rob look good, makes BDR look good. It's good all around.

                Welp, I didn't win the contest. But I wanted to personally thank all of you who voted - you folks are beyond awesome and you have my deepest appreciation for taking the time out and OK-ing my shit. Mucho very thank yous to you lot!

                The winning design!

                Credit where credit's due - it's a great design, simple, captures the feeling of the brand, deserves the win. However, I don't know what the judges were smoking re: the winner of Most Original and Most Creative (same guy). Not feeling the design at all, unless it was intended for a telecommunications company.

                Ah, well - more contests to enter more artwork to make! I'll keep you all posted for the next go round! And I encourage the other BDR artists to participate, too!
