I took it to mean she assumed Hannibal would get away and she would have a home cooked meal waiting for him when he arrived. So fucked it.

It really was a beautiful ending.

It's lame the show is over but that was a damn good ending. The last scene is a real kick in the nuts. I took it as the obvious "Hannibal caught up with her" ending but Billy's thought is way more creepy and awesome.
