OMG. The show "Does Somebody Have to Go?" is fucking hilariously awesome. I want to believe it's not scripted at all, but since it's reality tv....

that being said, the first two episodes were some great tv. Especially when the workers got to see what everyone else was making..

I liked it. For me it really picked up with the mutiny. Before that it was bland. Still can't stand Starbuck as she is in season 4.

Just 'normal' reaching. It feels like a last minute 'you know what would be really cool???' kinda thing rather than something that was planned all along. The revelation opened up a can of worms regarding a child of one of the final five, and they resolved that in a 'holy shit, we forgot about this...let's make him not the father' kinda way that felt rather silly.

Still, it's a nitpick in an otherwise very tight little show.

We finished BSG last night. We liked it overall...it stayed true to its themes, which is a testament to the overall arc of the series. I also liked how it treated most of its characters (Adama and Rosslyn had a particularly strong and satisfying ending that was dignified and romantic at the same time). My only real issue is with how the Starbuck situation was resolved. She and Apollo earned the right to spend the rest of their lives together, and her sudden disappearance really came out of nowhere. Didn't care for that.

The end coda was good, but it was a bit too on-the-nose. I got the point without needing the show to spell it out for me.

Still, it was good. The wife liked it a lot too, and we're already trying to figure out the next Netflix show to binge watch.

Starback being whatever she was was retarded. But I liked the Adama ending. It soothed a season that could have been terrible. Like the 5th Cylon. Or Romo and his fucking cat.
