This would be terrible. Mostly because I like the interplay between Don and Megan. Also, Betty is awful.

I don't ever see him reconciling with Betty. It would kill the whole Douglas Sirk vibe with her and Sally.

But, John Slattery directed episodes are just the fucking best.

The dude's got chops.

They're setting up a lot, so I see this finale having the most pay-off since Season 3.

Personally, I think that the season didn't kick into gear until the last three episodes. You can feel that shit is really starting to build towards something epic.

Too easy. I can see it going multiple ways.

1) Megan doesn't die, but she lets Don's big secret leak.
2) We begin the humbling of Don in earnest.
3) Pete kills himself.
4) Lane kills himself, as we find out that SCDP is broke.
5) Pete kills someone else while being a shitty driver.
6) Sally does something really inappropriate for her age.

I still say that Pete is going to go on a shooting spree. Roger will be wounded and Megan will be killed.

I see Dick Whitman becoming public knowledge, and possibly SCDP being broke. Everything else seems too "clean" for the show.
