I don't track Emmy nominations at all, but The Killing deserves one for cinematography if there is one.

Very surprised there weren't any more nominations for Game of Thrones. Everyone on that show delivers, not just the Dink, who I hope wins the award.

Since when the fuck do they give fucking Emmys to fucking guest stars?

        Jesus fucking Christ...

        *shakes head and walks away*

Also... if Idris Elba walks away empty handed, then life is well and truly a fucking bad joke.

          They've always done that.

But how can Louie CK get nominated for actor but not the show?

As usual, award shows are pointless.

It's not a bad show (I don't like it, but it's not poor. Just generic) but if you have to say, pick Community or Modern Family, which one deserves the accolade? The traditional show or the edgier but more original one?

And yeah, 16 noms for SNL... I mean, I love Kristen Wiig, but come the fuck on....

I'd argue that other shows on that list should be booted before Modern Family. And SNL getting any nods is fucking redonkulous.

                        Absolutely.

And I'd keep Wiig on the list. She deserves even more accolades.

+1 for Olyphant and Goggins geting nominations. -1000 for no Community.

How the FUCK does Modern Family get 4 (4!) Supporting Actor noms (while the others are wasted on Human Shitpile Jon Cryer and some douchebag from that fucking Glee show) and yet Danny Pudi, Donglover and Nick Offerman (RON FUCKING SWANSON) aren't on the list? Are the Emmys meaning to fucking tell me that Modern Family is just SO FUCKING GOOD that there aren't any other comedic actors worthy of recognition?

Eat a dick, Emmys. Eat all the dicks. Every dick in the world goes in your mouth and they're all gonna fit at once because that's how proficient you are at dick eating.

Modern Family shouldn't get 4 noms but people being surprised that an awards show is fucked up like it's a new thing is hilarious.

I swear we had this exact same discussion about FX shows not getting nominated last year and possibly the year before.
