Yeah, it's high time we get the mom already - Marshall and Lily are having a kid and considering moving to Long Island (free, paid-off, beautiful house? In the suburbs? This is an issue?), Robin's preggers with (possibly?) Barney's kid, which means a wedding might be in the future, and that leaves Ted all alone, all by himself.
Time to bring in the mom, blow through a season or two of him dating her, then end the series with Ted's wedding, and "whatever happened to.." shit for the rest of the cast.Comment

Yeah, that episode was a quite a downer and could've been better. Also made 2 Broke Girls (AKA "Kat Dennings' Boobs and Beth Behr's Legs") much more gooder by comparison.Comment
