I'd watch American Chopper, as I was always fascinated by folks building stuff, in this case choppers. Mythbusters as well, but that was mostly for A) Kari Byron, and B) blowing shit up.

Beyond that, it's shows that I know are going to be trainwrecks - Rock of Love and Jersey Shore (first episode is tonight, but I'll see if I go beyond that this season).

I do plan on watching Project Runway tonight to see if it looks any good. I missed all of last season because I was so busy with class, so I gave up a lot of my favorite shows so I wouldn't be tempted to just watch TV instead of studying, so I saw none of it. I don't have high hopes, let's say - the show hasn't been truly, truly great since season 4 when Christian Siriano won. Seasons one through four were fabulous, and since then it's kind of meh. I think they've tapped out a lot of the really talented designers and personalities. But yeah, I'll watch anyway.

Oh, and Nathan, if you truly want to see a fantastic Tim Gunn imitation, you missed Santino Rice on Season 2. This first clip was never shown on the show, but it's Santino doing Tim reciting NIN's "Closer" (and Daniel Vosovic doing his best not to pee his pants):

This one's even better - this is the one that made it onto the show, complete with Tim busting Santino for imitating him (and taking it graciously and with good humor). This is the stuff I really miss about the show - the personalities, the really talented designers. I don't know how it'll be tonight, but I'm not expecting much.

I wish I could find the clip of him imitating Michael Kors. There's one on You Tube, but not the really funny one. They're working on evening gowns, and Santino knows that, of course, they're being watched on the hidden cameras. So Tim comes in to do his critique, and tells him his gown is looking a little Ren Faire, and after he leaves, Santino says in this perfect Michael Kors imitation, "I'd better not find out they're watching us on hidden camera, and we get out to the judges' table and Michael Kors says, 'It's really looking a little Ren Faire'!" I can't do it justice, you really have to hear it in that Michael Kors/Paul Lynde type voice.

he's doing quite well. I remember reading an article about him in the past couple of months.
