It wasn't a movie, it was the Tony Winner for Best Musical a few years back. It basically replaced Wicked, which replaced Rent, as the go-to musical for whiny fat high school drama chicks. I have a lot of problems with it, especially since I've only heard the Cast Recording (which features one of the worst singing jobs evar), but it's still pretty good.
The quality here is kind of crappy, but this is my favorite song from the musical, "My Junk" which is about masturbation. Kind of NSFW:
