Also, some companies toss out coupons; e.g Amazon with their MP3s and Video on Demand and Thinkgeek. Also, Twitter is a great way to get issues with companies resolved. There have been quite a few blogs about how Comcast responded immediately once there was a tweet about connection issues.Comment
