I would've pegged either Bam or Steve-O to kack out first, honestly. Both of 'em have been through the mill a bunch of times outside of their Jackass shenanigans that it wouldn't have surprised me.

Agreed. Dunn was a hell of a straight man to Bam. Which made any tricks he pulled shine like a mofo compared to Margera's stuff.

Dunn seemed to be pretty tight with Bam's mom, too.
