Well... okay, a little harsh, but not horrible. The poor guy had damaged his body for so many years with the drug abuse, I kind of am surprised that it didn't happen sooner. Despite this being a real shame, because he was only 38 - what are you to do when someone damages themselves continuously over the years? His manager does swear that he'd been clean for two weeks prior to his death, which, if that's true, is great. But it doesn't erase the years of abuse he'd heaped upon himself prior to that - two weeks of clean living helps, but sometimes it's just too late.
