Sometimes it's just easier to go on your own terms than not. She got a raw deal. RIP.

Heard that. Always was a fan of hers, damn shame if her mental issues/PTSD finally overwhelmed her. She had a pretty rough life from the get go.

If any of you haven't done so already, do check out the documentary Nothing Compares from last year. It explains so much about her and her demons, and ends on an upbeat note. Which is sadly ironic considering today's news.

Sinead O'Connor, 56. No cause of death given yet but I'm guessing it's...that. She's struggled with mental health issues and her son died in the past year or so.
    Great talent. Wonderful voice.

Samey same, Rob. Robertson's influence on politics, religion, morality, basic human decency, etc. has so fucked this country for over 40 years, and pretty much led us to where we are now.

    Good riddance, I say.

I'd be very bummed if it was Rob Pattinson. Thankfully it was just a homophobic piece of grifting shit.

I saw his name come up on my FB feed, but I COMPLETELY misread it and was like, “holy shit! Rob Pattinson died?!”

    Yeah, no, fuck that guy.

Turner was a bit of a surprise, as I didn't realize she was so ill in her later years.

She changed the game so much for so many, and a ton of artists owe her a lot.
