Nasty! I had a friend that did some missionary work in Guyana and while he was down there he broke his arm. So after seeing the local doctor (which was basically a shack) they put his arm in a cast, while in a cast he kept complaining to the doctor that his arm itched extremely bad and the doc would just say it's normal.
After a few week's of agony and constant complaining the doc decided to open up the cast and take a look... long behold, maggot's, lot's and lot's of maggots feeding off his flesh.
