Adding to the Space Camp love. My mom and aunt took me to the NASA setup in Houston when I was five and my mind was appropriately blown.

Awww Barbies. Did you ever have the one with the super long hair?
If I were Shé, do you think I'd be operating a taco truck? Shé brings hope. Shé rights the wrongs. Unfortunately, Shé is a myth.

I know I would have wanted to live in NYC during the late 1970s. Sure I'd be scared shitless but would be such an era to live in. To see the punk scene at its pinnacle.

Nice....Watching any of that old honest baseball would be amazing.

And regarding NYC in the 70's that would be epic Hocken...but you would not be scared because you would have survived NYC in the 60's...Summer of Sam FTW

Summer of Sam was the 70s: 1976-1977. But NYC in the 60s wasn't that bad. 'cept for the riots. The 70s is where it was at, jack.

And there's an awesome book called "The Bronx is Burning" which is about NYC in '77. I can only wonder what crazy shit my parents got into because they lived in NYC at that time. Hell, my mom once saw Nixon walking down the street. And my dad once went into Sutdio 54 for a birthday party.

Agreed! I went to the casino last Friday, and it felt so weird to smoke indoors.

Can't you do that outside of the US still? And besides, it fucking reeked when people did that.
