Tempting. Philly is a bit of a haul though.

Now drop the pants and take the bacon!

      Nah!

Monroeville is right outside of Pittsburgh. I think I'd actually have the longer trip between us.

Man, it's a trip for me to go from Central Jersey to Philly; I can't imagine how long a hike to Pittsburgh would be. Still, I'd have to see what the date is - I'm hitting Chiller Theater Halloween weekend (got my tickets pre-ordered). Depending on my workload... maybe, Vin. Maybe.

Didn't I hear from Tell'em Steve Dave that there was some kind of NJ zombie walk?

Nah, it's not really that bad over by the house anymore - George lives about 20 minutes away. He drove me over to see it when we first started dating, and he didn't tell me where we were going, because he knew I'd love it. So we pull up in front, and he's all, "Surprise!" I geeked out, it's awesome to see up close.

I think the house is up for sale, and the most recent occupants have moved out. But all you really see over there anymore are occassional curiosity seekers like us pull up in front, idle the car for a few minutes and then continue on. People who live around there have more than gotten it out of their systems, they don't really bother with it that much.

Plus, isn't it more of a movie location than haunted location now? I thought by now every one knew it was all faked.

Yeah, that's a fair bet too - it's lost a lot of the wow-factor since everyone knows it was faked.

That mall of the dead website is awesome!

May have to meet up with Vin for that zombie walk deal. They better hide the booze.
