Did I say I was a fan of Clinton? No. But at least the worst thing he did was get his dick sucked (and put way too many pot smokers in jail) unlike Bush who has constantly lied to the American people and has taken us to a pointless fucking war. You act like Bush is the only president to write executive orders and build upon previous orders.

That change to the constitution looks pretty harmless to me, and actually... it makes sense. I'm not for expanding federal powers just because, but seriously: When States have not adequately protected individual rights and liberties.

I would NEVER want the federal government to intervene in that situation! /sarcasm

Clinton's EO basically changed a few things in Reagan's EO. Reagan was trying to limit the Federal reach while Clinton was trying to expand it a bit.

Pretty typical considering one is a liberal and one is a conservative. As they say in poker, pretty standard.
