I've been trying to find out if the marriages between gay couples that have taken place this year are now going to be null and void, but no one seems to know for sure. How fucked up is this piece of shit prop that hundreds of people now have no idea if they are still going to be married in the upcoming weeks? I know the lawsuits are starting up, which is a good thing. Two other states passed a "God hates Fags" amendment. Those states should be excised from the Union. Along with the 11 other states* that passed a similar measure in the 2004 election.
*Including Montana. I was so angry the day after the election and I'm not even gay. One shitbag down the road from me had a yard sign supporting the amendment. It was all I could do not to burn their house down.Comment
