I think the Senate has to vote on something (the technical term of which I've forgotten) before the Marshals haul him away, so that'll be another interesting wrinkle to all this.

To add context, Masada is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and you have to take a cable car to it. He wanted to land his helicopter on top of an ancient, protected, historical site.
