Good. Their reasoning is hilarious. I'm starting to think maybe Bannon isn't as smart as I thought.
Maybe Gawker got their info from McMullin's group?
Not sure, but their Univision corporate masters aren't happy with them. A company that nearly died over illegally intercepting materials and profiting from it is starting to get back into that mode.

Rep Nunes removed from Russia Investigation. Now in the hands of seemingly capable Reps.
Bannon is getting shuffled out for Kushner to ascend. While Bannon is getting yanked, it's a game of 3 card monte. Don't take your eye off the Drunk Uncle Palpatine looking motherfucker.
Rep Eric Swalwell is daring Trump to declassify the surveillance documents. If they exist, the world needs to know. If they don't exist, then he needs to face charges.
Sean Hannity and his legal people believe he will be named in surveillance documents.
That's still taking a lot of things for granted, though. Never discount the ability of people to cover their own ass OR for them to get off scott free even when being guilty as sin. I'd like to see this all go down in flames but I think enough people are going to fall on their sword on Trump's behalf that he's going to stay in power and serve out his term.

Basically what I'm saying is that, based on what I've watched so far, we should all listen to Matt more often.

I don't buy that...at all. Trump has no loyalty within the party. The party will turn on him, as they've been doing. The problem is that the GOP still thinks that America will accept them through all of this.

These charges will make up the bulk of the impending trials. Treason and High Crimes will come much later. Right now, we're going to watch most of our government get perp'd walk like Gotti associates in the 1980s.

"Attack" implies malfeasance. Trump used a political sore spot/honeypot for personal gain. People will shit on the tactics and a few other details, but it's ultimately a meaningless act.
Why? Because it was an infrastructure hit meant to cripple a regime's ability to attack its own citizens. The same infrastructure that ISIS had been openly exploiting since 2014.
It would've meant something if Trump didn't tip off Darth Putin an hour before the Western World knew. The Cheeto knows what side his bread is buttered on.
