Polling showed Texas sitting even right now. Anecdotally, there's a LOT more Biden signs out than Trump signs. I had to go to my dad's place, a nice conservative subdivision out in the burbs, and the Biden signs outnumbered Trump 5 to 1. I even saw Hegar signs (going against Cornyn) and local rep signs for other Dems.
