Generally you can't get your passport yanked until you've been indicted and had a detention hearing, unless Special Counsel has extra powers. Based on what Anderson's saying, I'm guessing he got indicted last week and an arrest warrant was issued. Exciting!

Removing Flynn from the equation, somebody flipped on Trump over the weekend. As such, many key players are suddenly hard to find.

I'm not sure. However, Grassley is subpoenaing all documents this week. If White House refuses to turn over, it's Contempt of Congress and then police seizure.
