12 Years a Slave could still pull off Best Picture but my instinct is American Hustle steals it. Cuaron has a death grip on Director. And barring a snub, I think this is DiCaprio's year.

McConaughey is who I worry about upsetting DiCaprio. That being said, I'm more in favor of the surprise movies sneaking in.

Especially since Bad Grandpa is a breath away from an Oscar nom.

The one I'm most invested in (mainly cos the all the other nominees are fine, though Hanks should be in the race for Phillips) is The Act of Killing getting documentary. If there genuinely is a better film on that list, it would have to be really amazing.
